I served as Campus Director of Operations for a charter school in Atlanta, GA, where I have worked since 2011. In that role, I balanced structure and creativity to solve problems and create memorable programs and experiences for scholars, families, and staff. What kept me energized was the freedom to think outside the box and tackle new challenges with, and for, some of the most dedicated people I know.
This May, I completed my dual MA/MBA in Design Leadership and Public & Private Sector Leadership at MICA and Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. After years of doing the work, I now have the language and frameworks to name what I was always doing - human-centered experience design.
So… what's next? I'm ready to bring that combination — operational rigor, design thinking, and a deep belief in people to organizations building something that matters.
In my free time, I love to travel and explore different cultures. I developed a deep appreciation for discovering hidden gems off the beaten path while working for an airline. Travel, for me, is about the experience - meeting locals, trying new foods, and seeing the world from new perspectives.
While this portfolio may not capture every detail of my journey, I hope it conveys the essence of what drives my work each day. I deeply believe in my organization’s mission, and witnessing it in action motivates me to turn the “impossible” into possible. I set out to create something meaningful, and I did.
My portfolio gives you a good idea of how my professional background has shaped and molded me. I am thankful for the vast opportunities that have pushed and challenged me beyond what words or pictures could show. I have developed skills, managed a team of operational rockstars, started and ended entrepreneurial ventures, but most importantly, I have had the opportunity to lead with resilience, persistence, and passion.
I believe everything is possible.
